This dataset was generated using Unreal Engine 5 and includes scenes
containing third-party 3D assets obtained from various marketplaces
and repositories.

Only rendered outputs, sensor data, and annotations are distributed.
No original 3D models, meshes, textures, materials, or source files
are included.

All third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners
and are used under their respective licenses.

This license applies only to the generated data and annotations and
does not grant any rights over third-party assets.
